Holset HX35 vs Turbonetics 50trim T3/To4e

Topmount manifold in progress. This design was chosen because of the efficient design and the conveinent turbo placement.

Here the manifold runners are tacked for final fitting and the turbine flange and wastegate will be mounted soon after.

A garrett 60trim t3/to4e with a stg3, .63 hotside was chosen due to the higher horseopower potential than the 50 trim and more compact size compared to the Holset hx35.

Precision intercooler - rated for 600bhp

The oil return line and part of the downpipe can be seen here, along with the custom radiator mount needed to fit the intercooler.

Here is a nice TIG weld on the turbine outlet flange. All fabrication is done in house at F1DYNO.
